This policy explains what personal information Window Clean (windowclean.co.za) collects, why, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, phone number, email address and the items you bought. We use this to process and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to keep the records the law requires.
Payments
Card payments are handled by PayFast. We never see or store your card number. For EFT payments we see only what your bank sends with the transfer.
Who we share it with
We give the courier your name, delivery address and phone number so it can deliver your order. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
The shop uses cookies to keep your cart working. We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to tell us how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and from what type of device. Google processes that data. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the cart needs them to work.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax law requires, and delete what we no longer need.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where the law allows. You may also object to us using it. Phone 076 142 1579 to make a request.
