We deliver to addresses in South Africa only. Checkout offers courier delivery; collection is not available.
What delivery costs
Delivery is a flat R200 per order, however many items you order. The amount is added at checkout and shown before you pay, so there are no extra charges after the order.
When your order ships
Orders are dispatched from Cape Town. Card payments through PayFast confirm straight away; EFT orders ship once the payment has been confirmed. Some items are built to order: the reverse osmosis water trolley has a 7 day build period before it ships. If you need equipment by a particular date, phone 076 142 1579 before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.
When it arrives
Please check the parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, phone 076 142 1579 as soon as possible with your order number. Our returns policy explains what happens next.
